About Us

Moxie Solutions was created in 2024 out of an abundance of desire to be of service to the community of the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia.

I, (Moxie Solutions’ CEO and founder) graduated from JMU in 2014 with a degree in Communication Studies and immediately jumped into my career at a local staffing firm.

I had no idea what recruiting even was. Similar to many agency recruiters, I fell right into the industry like Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole. I fell in love with helping people find what they’re looking for in life.

As a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches and a Certified Professional Resume Writer. I’ve expanded my knowledge 10 fold to ensure my clients receive the absolute best service possible.

The Moxie mission is simple - Serve the community and help others enjoy their careers as much as I enjoy mine.
